Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Drawboard PDF and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Drawboard Pty Ltd. Your use of our services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights. Content you create and upload remains yours.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
